I was in a bit of a rush when I stopped in, but I did notice they had some nice options. The only thing is the prices felt kind of high, so it’s not exactly the cheapest place to shop.

I tried placing an order, but the checkout page kept freezing right after I entered my card info. I had to refresh it twice, and then my cart somehow changed on its own, which was just "so frustrating."
For a while, I couldn’t even tell if the order actually went through because there was no clear message or email. it was way more annoying than it needed to be, and I ended up just giving up.

The selection was small, so I didn’t end up buying much. The place also had this weird feeling like there wasn’t really a person around to help or make it feel welcoming

Getting in and out of this place is kind of a hassle. The parking situation is frustrating, and the entrance feels awkward compared to other stores nearby that are way easier to access. I like when a quick stop actually feels quick, but here it starts off annoying before you even get inside.

The store was mostly clean when I went in, so that was fine. A couple aisles had little bits of stuff on the floor, and the cart I grabbed felt kind of sticky, which was a bit annoying. Nothing terrible or anything, just one of those things that could be a little better.

I’ll give Metropolitan Market credit where it’s due: most of what I picked up was really fresh, especially the fruit and the bakery stuff. You can tell the quality is solid. That said, it’s definitely not cheap, and I always get a little wary when a store sounds too polished with all the “premium” talk. Like, sure, the food is good, but the prices are still a bit much. Good experience overall, just not quite 5-star for me.

The deli food tasted okay overall, but it felt a little pricey for what it was. I also got a bit annoyed because the communication wasn’t very clear, so I wasn’t totally sure what to expect with the options and pricing.

I just dealt with customer service recently about an issue with my order, it really changed how I feel about shopping here right now.

The replies took longer than I expected, and when they did come through, they felt kind of dismissive. I also had to repeat the same details more than once, which made it feel like nobody was really taking the time to look into it.

I’ve had decent experiences here before, but this latest one is the one sticking with me. Maybe I’ll feel differently later, but at the moment I’m disappointed and not in a rush to order again...

My delivery showed up a little later than expected, which was a bit annoying. Most of the groceries were correct, but one item was missing. Customer service did fix it, so that was Good, but overall it still felt average to me.
